Contemporary Single storey rear house extension

The brief for this contemporary home extension was to provide a flexible space which could be used as an office, playroom, occasional bedroom as well as being an extension of the garden space. This proposal executes a well balanced design on a site with many restrictions and space limitations. The new space both encloses and opens up space to apply a number of uses to this flexible design.
