Feasibility Study

A series of new build homes in the form of a residential development, just south of Chesterfield. The project will provide approximately 18 new homes with stunning views over the countryside. This project is currently in the early stages of design, but plans include for the timber framed houses to adopt sustainable methods of construction to create highly sustainable homes. The new houses will not be a standard 'house type' seen elsewhere and will be designed to embrace a contemporary, modern way of living.
